Behind these worlds

Éon D. Aletheia

The lives we learn to inhabit.
The parts of ourselves they leave out.

Éon D. Aletheia is the author of The Scars of Light and The Price of Sleep, two novels written in English.

One begins with a boy whose world sings in colour. The other, with a man who pays part of his rent in sleep. Ordinary pressures become visible worlds: fitting in, making a living, becoming someone else.

These are novels, not accounts of the author’s life. This site leaves space around them: a film, illustrations, passages, and a question to return to on Fridays.
